About Us
Capital Connection was founded by Kenny Stevens and Justin Robert—two seasoned professionals with deep roots in the Central Texas real estate market. As active investors, private lenders, and licensed Texas real estate agents, they bring a wealth of hands-on experience in both residential and commercial transactions.

Kenny Stevens has a strong foundation in the mortgage industry and currently serves as a commercial real estate agent with Kelly Realtors in Waco. His investment portfolio includes private lending, ownership of a mobile home park, commercial properties, and residential projects with owner financing structures.

Justin Robert began his real estate journey with a single fix-and-flip, which grew into a successful career encompassing renovations, rental properties, private lending, and brokerage services. He has originated over 100 owner-financed transactions, helping clients achieve homeownership that might have otherwise been out of reach.
